Grimms Storytelling

Prepare your children for the upcoming performance of Into the Woods. Hear the story backgrounds of the characters told by a wonderful and engaging storyteller, Cindy Owings. There may even be some live representations of some of the characters in attendance! Come join the fun!

Cindy Owings loves music and children.  She had the perfect career—39 years of teaching music to students grades K through 8.  Although retired, she keeps active in the community by serving in two educational service organizations, singing in the Boise Philharmonic Master Chorale, and she occasionally serves as a guest instructor at two colleges.

Cindy has always loved to teach through storytelling.  She is happy to serve Music Week by storytelling the fairy tales that correspond to Into The Woods.
